4th Laryngology Society of Australasia Conference
13 November 2020
On behalf of the Laryngological Society of Australasia I would like to extend an invitation to you, your partners and families to attend our 4th biannual scientific conference in Auckland, New Zealand in November 2020.
LSA's mission is to promote and promulgate research and science in Laryngology and Bronchoesophagology and the meeting is a chance for us to hear about developments within our hemisphere as well as diverse ideas from other parts of the world through our renowned Key Note Speakers. We welcome all Speech pathologists, ENT specialists, Laryngologists, Respiratory and Anaesthetic colleagues, phoniatrists, scientists and researchers interested in voice, airway and swallowing management.
With a range of innovative and dynamic keynote speakers sharing their distilled wisdom and insights we are confident that the 2020 meeting will continue the tradition of past meetings providing engagement, collegiality and inspiration for all attendees.
Auckland, the City of Sails, sits on two harbours, surrounded by volcanic cones that afford breath-taking views of the city and surrounds. It's just a short drive to iconic West Coast surfing beaches and vineyards, or a ferry trip to beautiful Waiheke island, the jewel in the Hauraki Gulf. Auckland's vibrant cultural scene and night life add to the many attractions in the city, and to the fabulous food culture where you can find everything to suit your palate. New Zealand is a favourite tourist destination for good reason, boasting geothermal wonderlands, majestic mountains and lakes, fishing and hiking for all ages and of course wonderful people.
I look forward to welcoming you to Auckland and New Zealand.

Convenor, Laryngology Society of Australasia Conference 2020
As President of the Laryngology Society of Australasia I would like to invite you our 4th Biennial Scientific Meeting to be held in Auckland in November 2020.
The Scientific Convenor, Jacqui Allen, and her accomplished team have put together an excellent program and have a range of progressive and innovative speakers from whom we will all gain insight and knowledge. Our Society aims to increase awareness of and develop research in the fields of Laryngology, Bronchoesophagology and Speech and Language Therapy and this meeting provides an ideal occasion to hear first-hand from world experts in these areas.
As with previous conferences, there is also an opportunity to meet with colleagues and friends to exchange thoughts and ideas in a stimulating environment, whilst also having time to relax.
Auckland is one of New Zealand's Gateway cities and has a very extensive range of culinary, cultural and social venues. There is a wide variety of outdoor activities within easy access from the city and in the nearby regions to suit everyone's choices.
I am sure that you will enjoy this excellent meeting and the Kiwi experience.
