Membership Nomination Form

The Laryngology Society of Australia and New Zealand (LSANZ) was formed in 2012 to promote excellence in Laryngology for Otolaryngologists, Speech Pathologists and Voice Scientists. The fundamental purpose is to hold meetings where those interested in Laryngology can discuss clinical practice and present research papers.

The LSANZ is interested in developing the specialty in Australia and New Zealand and provides a liaison with similar organisations internationally. The society intends to hold a major meeting at least every 2 years, with the option to hold annual meetings or smaller meetings in conjunction with other groups as decided by the Committee.

Applicants must nominate themselves for either FULL, ASSOCIATE or TRAINEE membership by completing one of the electronic nomination forms below. No sponsorship is required, but membership is subject to approval by the Executive and ratification by an AGM/EGM
